Get to Know Me

Tania Stephens grew up in Rifle, Colorado. She married Lee in 1996, and they welcomed their daughter into the world in 2002 and their son in 2005. Lee and Tania relocated to Strasburg, Colorado, in April 2004, and they love every minute of living in the small-town community and the Eastern I-70 corridor.
 
She started her real estate career in the title industry as an Escrow officer but eventually decided that her love for real estate needed more. Tania secured her real estate license in 2004. She started working for Look East Realty in 2017. Lee and Tania purchased the wonderful local real estate business in November 2022.
 
Over the past few years selling real estate, Tania has grown a successful local real estate business. She has built many untouchable friendships with the families she helps buy and sell. Tania always has a smile on her face; she loves her job even on the bad days and thoroughly enjoys assisting families with their real estate needs, whether that means relocation to a new State or moving to a new home in the area.
 
If Tania isn’t at her office in Bennett, Colorado, or running around helping her clients, she can be found spending time with her family, walking or playing with her dogs, or riding her beloved horses.
